Public transportation problems in Islamabad

Millions of people commute between Rawalpindi & Islamabad on regular basis. There are thousands of people who travel around Islamabad using public transport for different purposes.  So in the complete absence of such official transit solution, probably these people have no other suitable option and they are compelled to be at the mercy of different private transporters.

Lack of proper travelling facilities:

All of the commuters are now suffering a lot and experiencing lots of hardships, as all these wagon owners and private driving companies are failed to offer the complete set of travelling facilities to all potential passengers. There are lots of private wagon drivers which are only licensed owners of routes such as route 1 and 2, and they have greatly made it their best privilege of parking their vehicles at different stops by disembarking the respectable passengers who want to travel to some long distances. These drivers also try to load lots of passengers in their wagons and buses at Faizabad. And then pick the passengers for any stop to earn double fare from them. Violation of agreements and traffic rules:

The private wagons, taxis and mini-bus drivers of all such routes are not completing their travelling routes. And making different violation of their license and agreement with the traffic rules and also with the regional transport authority. Most of the passengers’ complaint that these wagon drivers try to get an over stay on their vehicles at multiple stops. And when people ask them to move their vehicle then they start to misbehave and also try to punish this poor traveler.
